Cooked Chickpea flour  /  The chickpeas are cleaned, then soaked for several hours prior to being cooked. Then, they are cooked and dehydrated, transforming them into flakes which are finally milled. Cooked chickpea flour is commonly used as a thickening agent in semi-solid foods.
