Whole chickpeas from the Mexican countryside are cleaned through a mechanical processes then packed in bulk.

COOKED

Ready to eat chickpeas, in which the chickpeas are first cleaned, then soaked for a few hours prior before being cooked and packaged in a metallic pouch. This product is sterilized which keeps it safe and able to retain its proprieties for 2 years.

USES:

RAW:

Fried: natural or seasoned. Middle Eastern cuisine.

COOKED: Toasted, natural or seasoned are a really good snack. Soups and salads complement. Hummus. Falafel.
