To obtain products derived from oilseeds, the seeds undergo a process that separates them into two components: pressed meal and oil.

The pressed products serve as a valuable source of food, containing primarily a high level of protein. Through this process, we obtain what is most valuable from oilseeds: their oil.

This process requires peripheral equipment for preparation, recovery, and treatment, which operates together with the extractor. With the support of this technology, we carry out the pressing and oil extraction process for oilseeds.

An important stage of the process is the cleaning and separation of raw materials. For this purpose, we use specialized technology and machinery to quickly and accurately remove foreign materials such as waste, stones, sand, and metal fragments.

The precision cleaning equipment we use can be mechanical or pneumatic and includes an aspiration system. With this technology, we help ensure the quality of the products being produced.

During the cooking and conditioning of oilseeds, we use low- and high-pressure equipment, as well as atmospheric-pressure systems, to increase moisture levels across different temperature ranges.
